$75 / hr + $25 / 20 min Plan:

One hour minimum. No Changes except virus removal now a custom quote (requires more time to fix and keep data intact and may require FULL restore)

Remote (Cyberspace)

NEW $40 and $70 Plan:

Phone and Web-based screen sharing-support for Windows, Mac and Linux:

NOW $15 off for "quick fix" situations. Also, 15 minute grace period added to cover the time required to get setup.
