After a few months of using my helpdesk, I have to say I am very pleased. There was a service pack update I added a week or so ago, and overall that went really smoothly. The instructions were not entirely accurate, but I was able to cope. I have added a few custom fields so now it is possible to maintain your current address and keep it up to date in my system along with your phone number and a few other details. Like I suspected, there are not many people actually logging into the system - which is fine I guess - just remember it is a good idea to log in to create a password at the very least.

The server is running smoothly - I had 120 or so days of solid uptime before I decided to update to the newest OS version. I did a soft reset but the system has not been fully powered off since I put it into production back in February.
