Support software is for Windows and Macintosh platforms. Software for Linux-based operating is usually built-in, however there are a few manual steps required before we can connect. The latest version of Ubuntu is supported. Note: On-site maintenance and support will be limited until Fall 2009. Phone, remote support and drop off repairs will continue as normal. |
