My name is Christopher Davis and I live in Sarasota, FL. I specialize in providing relief from the everyday headaches commonly known as computers. When you are puzzled by your PC, or need "computer headache relief" I want to be the one you can turn to for help.
For many years I worked for an office supply store while going to college. I enjoyed helping people and pride myself on giving a level of personal service most people are simply not accustomed to. The store was not staffed nor equipped to solve the variety of situations people presented to me; sometimes the problem required a housecall.
I really enjoyed working with people one-on-one, and also knew I wanted to be in business for myself. At the end of 2004 I received my Associates Degree from Manatee Community College, and in June, 2005 I started my own business. Initially I provided strictly on-site setups, installations, and tutoring in homes and small offices. Later I expanded to remote support which allows me to work on your PC directly over a high-speed Internet connection! This is great because living in Florida, we have quite a few seasonal residents. When they pack up and go North for six months, they can rest a little easier knowing that someone they trust is only a couple clicks away.
Most recently I partnered with several companies to sell various software titles, and now I am pleased to announce adding the addition of Tech Depot (an Office Depot company) and Tiger Direct to the mix! In addition to the retail software, I offer open source solutions as alternatives when appropriate.
On a personal note, I want to add that I am recently engaged to a wonderful woman named Shannon, and we have just bought our first house in Sarasota, FL!
